  • Zoma beauty and makeover lounge is not responsible for any allergy or reaction by products.
  • Client need to advise therapist for any medication medical treatment he/she is on, which could be an contra indication for treatment as Zoma beauty & makeover lounge is not responsible for any results which can make condition worse. All clients are required to complete a consultation form prior to commencing treatments.
  • Any purchase over the value of $100.00 will require a 20% deposit. Which is non-refundable but can be reschedule with in 24hrs notice, if anyone who fails to give 24hrs cancellation notice will lose their deposit.
  • Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment may have to reschedule, or will have their appointment time reduced but will still be charged full appointment time.
  • Gift Vouchers must be redeemed within 12 months of the date of issue. Failure to do so will render them invalid. Gift vouchers are non-refundable. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with salon offers, promotions or 20% discount on Mondays Packages prices and treatments can be amended by Indulgence with little to no notice, package prices reserve the right to change and be amended according to indulgence price changes.
  • In an effort to maintain a calm, peaceful environment for all our clients, we kindly request that all mobile phones are switched off or silenced during your visit to our salon
  • All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervised by an appropriate adult. Children are unable to accompany adults in the treatment rooms.
  • We kindly ask you to refrain from eating and/or drinking on the premises.
  • The management reserves the right to refuse entrance to anyone whom they deem unsuitable.
  • Our Right to cancel. If a therapist is not available to carry out your treatments through circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative therapist. In unusual circumstances we may need to cancel your booking. In the event that we cannot fulfil your appointment, we will contact you by telephone – where possible.
  • Here at Zoma beauty & makeover lounge we strive to offer the best treatments possible however if we do not perform treatments or services to your standards please contact the salon within in 24 hours of your treatment for the salon to be able to assist any of your concerns, if the salon is closed please leave a message or email us and we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • We will not accept for exchange or refund on any skin care and makeup if item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • Our prices are subject to change without notice we reserve the right to change the nature of any treatments, course or package.
  • A patch test may be carried out at Zoma beauty & makeover lounge at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Anyone who has not had a treatment within the last six months may have a repeat patch test before their treatment. Failure to have a patch test will result in the Salon being unable to carry out the treatment and a 100% cancellation policy will apply.
  • A minimum deposit of 20p must be paid when booking appointments online. We operate a 24 hour notice reschedule/cancellation policy. If you are unable to attend your appointment or wish to reschedule, you must contact the Zoma beauty & makeover lounge directly by phone or by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Out of consideration for other clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment you may have to reschedule, which may result in you incurring additional costs. You cannot cancel or rearrange an appointment online. You must contact the salon directly. If you fail to cancel an appointment which you have booked online, you will incur the 100% cancellation fee. When cancelling an appointment outside of the 24 hour cancellation period a refund will be issued directly to the credit/debit card you paid with.
  • Certain medical conditions may be contra-indication to a range of treatments. If you have an existing medical condition, please do not book online, before speaking directly to the salon in question, to determine if you can indeed book the treatment. Failure to confirm that the treatment required can be carried out with an existing medical condition may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit retained.
  • Collect 20 loyalty stamps and receive 50% off your next treatment. Reward card is valid for 2 years from first use. No cash alternative available. Not for re-sale. Stamps can only be collected by the card holder for the card holder.. If the card is lost, stamps are non-transferable to a new card. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to collect stamps.
  • Birthday emails cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer, promotion, Gift Voucher. Email message must be quoted when booking appointments. Email message is only valid for 1 month form the dates it is sent. Email message discount is applied to the lowest value treatment, when multiple bookings are made. Email Message discount cannot be used over the Easter Weekend, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve. One text messages discount per client only.
